Currently, most companies in Europe are SMEs that is, they monopolize most of the European economy; These companies have a characteristic in their communities that can often be internationalized. For this reason, the objective of this research is to find the determinants or relevant aspects that a European company takes in the decision to internationalize exports. For this research we use the EFIGE database (European companies in a global economy: internal policies for external competitiveness). This database collects data on international activities, innovation, labor organization and others with qualitative and quantitative data from approximately 15,000 European companies. In order to calculate the probability that the company decides to internationalize if it makes the estimation of an econometric model Binomial Logit, which will corroborate with the results of the estimate, it can be evidenced that from all the variables included according to a theory review, but The most relevant are the large plots, the size of the company and the financing required for the export process.
