In agreement with this, the companies have been seen in the obligation to adapt to the new digital transformations, since this one is one of the tools that has allowed the companies to support a strong and innovative position on the market. The penetration of the digital means is every time major, which has caused in the managerial world a more effective opportunity to approach in a direct way his clients. The present work of degree under the modality of institutional internship seeks to define an offer of communication for the real estate agency Casascol S.A.S bearing in mind his financial, human and technological resources. The presentation of this first approximation investigative is realized in four chapters divided in the following form: the first chapter that seeks to consolidate a base for the investigation, where they include the precedents of the sector and the problematics that will be approached, the second chapter enunciates the aims for the development of the project. The third chapter consists of the theoretical frame and contextual based on the new tools of digital marketing, later, the work possesses a fourth chapter where the methodology is enunciated for the development of the investigation, and there is described the content of the instrument of measurement of each one of his components. Later and once clarified the previous aspects, he proposes and the digital ecosystem is defined for the real estate agency.
