Impacto del marketing gastronómico en el posicionamiento de los restaurantes de la ciudad de Cali

The following work proposes an investigation on the marketing strategies used in first-class restaurants in the city of Cali, in the investigation it is contextualized how the local economy is according to the information of the government levels, it is identified if the companies take into account gastronomic marketing and its strategies for development and positioning in the Cali market.
Through interviews with local owners and academics in the gastronomic area, information was obtained on their experience in the gastronomic environment, their experience in the use of marketing in their businesses and strategies for the sector. In addition to delving into how the companies that are dedicated to offering their services in this area. In addition, a survey of people from Cali is carried out, in order to identify whether or not these strategies are effective for their recognition and positioning.
