Propuesta de un plan de mejora en el clima organizacional para la empresa de Telecomunicaciones Bupalivaz del Valle del Cauca

Abstract

The present application work, linked to the descriptive investigations, it develops in the mixed economy telecommunications company BUPALIVAZ of Valle del Cauca, taking as main objective the design of a proposal that seeks to make possible an improvement of the organizational climate. The results of this investigation showed that the company has certain weaknesses in relation to the organizational climate, making it possible to present a proposal for improvement that was accept by the directives to be applied in the medium term. With this purpose, elements related to variables that affect the organizational climate were included, which can be seen in previous research such as Abraham Maslow's theory of needs, Douglas McGregor's X and Y theory, Herzberg's Theory of Motivation and Hygiene and the McClelland Theory of Needs, among others
