Organizational narratives have become communication processes that tell life stories, milestones and key memories from the diverse voices of an organization. These narrate the history, corporate identity and organizational culture that permeates current organizations that allow us to understand the phenomena of motivation, roots and sense of belonging to them. This degree project through interviews collected key information to characterize the narratives and the comprehensive support of the Aston Villa Sports Club with its quarry players. The sports club is based in the town of Villagorgona and since 2003 welcomes prospective youth players who live in the "Casa Hogar" to live the experience of lifelong learning and have opportunities in professional football. This thesis document compiles a series of narratives that recognize the life stories of the players and the integrality of the formative processes, the corporate identity and the organizational culture of the club that makes organizational and sports efforts for the integral formation. Three general objectives were raised that resulted in a communication strategy that allows to publicize the work that the club carries out in each of its processes that have as its main objective, to turn young players from different parts into professional players from the country. The proposal of "The Organizational Album" is the final result of this document, which collects the organizational narratives of the club through the life stories of the players and part of the governing body, so that it can become a key element for each generation that Go to the Aston Villa Sports Club.
