The right to education is recognized in humanity from the very declaration of human rights. The national forum of UNESCO and other conventions have promoted more strongly the guarantee of this right in all countries, beginning to work for an Education for all and for all: children, adolescents and adults with or without special educational needs. This framework, configured the main purpose of this work of degree, which emphasizes the strategic role that can play the educational institution, to contribute from its social responsibility to the solution of the great challenges facing our country today, becoming in crucial actors in the task of building a development process based on inclusion with social responsibility. With this, the integration and inclusion of children with special educational needs in the National Institute of Business Technology "INTE" of the city of Palmira, is consolidated as a proposal that seeks to improve the inclusion process, in order to promote the educational process and the social and human development of the students who present the barriers, through a line of education, which seeks to sensitize, educate and transform the entire educational community. This is based on the fourth objective of sustainable development that is to achieve an inclusive and quality education for all, based on the firm conviction that education is one of the most powerful and proven engines to guarantee sustainable development
