The purpose of this research project is to present a proposal for the revitalization of the Coomeva Loyalty program. Through a qualitative methodology and applying the documentary review as a primary source, based on the results of the satisfaction surveys applied by the Business Group to its clients and associates, it was possible to establish the initial analysis for the development of the proposals.
The strategies for the strengthening of the Loyalty program are presented and the step by step for the implementation of this proposal is established. Additionally, the responsibility that employees should exercise in the development of this exercise from their specific role is exposed.
Finally, the economic projection for the establishment of each of the strategies is presented and final conclusions are delivered in which it is intended to show the effectiveness of this project and the benefits and contributions that it brings to the development of the strategy of the Coomeva Cooperative Business Group
