Plan de exportación de bebida a base de leche entera combinada con avena Sanfernando de S.A

Abstract

The objective of this work is to carry an export plan for the company Alimentos Del Valle SA, which is currently in the process of internationalization, initiating commercial processes with the country of Mexico to enter the whole milk drink combined with oats to different channels of sale through wholesale distributors. Currently in the world is watching a trend of healthy eating, where Colombia with the quality of its products can be classified as a food pantry, taking advantage of its climate, thermal floors and logistic connectivity with much of the Asian, European, American world North and Latin America All of the above opens up a number of opportunities for medium and large companies to internationalize their products and satisfy a part of the demand or whatever their plant capacity allows. Mexico has become a key partner for food exports from Colombia, leading the country to be recognized for the quality, price, taste and diversity of the food of the exportable supply. The demand for nutritious food by the country of Mexico is high due to the change of healthier consumption habits for people, to combat the levels of obesity in the population. For the export of the whole milk drink combined with oats, a 0% tariff and 0% VAT are paid, thanks to the free trade agreement of the Pacific Alliance. It must comply with the regulations of the country of Mexico that is strict with the requirements of labeling and packaging, health certificates such as the case of the plant authorization by the SAGARPA, which is the regulator of food and products for consumption human.

It was concluded that the opportunity for Alimentos del Valle S.A to export milk-based beverages to the Mexican market is high, and must start with the milk drink combined with oats and can implement new products for international marketing. Currently, the company must make plant adjustments in order to aspire and obtain more international certifications to have greater accreditation in the foreign market
