¿Cómo ser un profesor de calidad en posgrado para ingeniería

The paper presents a proposal on the determinants of quality teaching in postgraduate courses for Engineering, using mixed methodology techniques to identify and explain its most important factors, being a context little explored. The following aspects are recognized: institutional environment, theoretical-practical course balance, teaching research experience, student characteristics, tutoring and research paper, adding these elements to the evaluation analysis, which differ in different levels of the variables commonly analyzed in undergraduate. It is established that these factors are interrelated and must be considered in an exclusive teacher evaluation methodology for postgraduates that actually measures the training characteristics associated with this level
