Abstract

The primary objective of this article is to estimate a reasonable value for Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá S.A. E.S.P. In order to reach this objective, a revision of the company's sector environment and its financial statements from 2005 to 2011 has been proposed. With the collected information, it proceeds to elaborate the premises for valuation. The value of company has been estimated by the discounted cash flow method. In conclusion until the date of this research, this value shows a deviation between the fundamental value of the company and its market price
