Abstract

In the development of gait captures and their processing carried out thanks to the intervention of multiple software and hardware systems, which work on the basis of kinetic and kinematic biomechanical principles; It requires specific processes to guarantee the validity of its results and to allow for a precise analysis of the movement. The integrated Laboratory of Motion Analysis (LIAM) which is located within the facilities of the university Institution National School (IUEND) in the city of Cali, has the necessary spaces and devices for each of the processes of capture and processing, within its assets manages optoelectronic cameras, force platforms, capture, editing and processing software, which allow a study of the advanced and specific movement. This project consists of the development of documents that allow the standardization of each one of the processes that together work for the delivery of results on motion analysis and in specific of the human gait; This is how we established protocols and guides capable of optimizing the development of the tests and in this way guarantee processes and quality results. The protocols and guides were achieved through the participation in person within the installation of the LIAM, performing each of the processes to achieve a complete vision from each of the factors that can affect the result of the analysis of the gait , this way we compiled all the necessary information with complete and ordered concepts for the capture and processing of data, fulfilling a logical follow-up
