Actualización del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa Q3R Estructuras Metálicas S.A

Abstract

This document, "Update of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in the company Q3R Structures Metallica’s SA", aims to describe the current situation of the organization regarding its SG-SST and the update of the matrix of occupational risks within the company, as well as proposals for improvements to the control system, all this in order to identify and concisely control occupational health and safety risks, in order to reduce the potential for accidents, and support in compliance with the laws, under the PHVA methodology, which specifically illustrates a continuous improvement to the elements established in the organization on issues of occupational safety and health, in order to ensure the welfare of workers . This system is implemented with it in order to give continuous improvement within the companies in terms of quality of life, prevention, risk assessment and raise awareness within the union of employees, taking into account the various activities carried out in the identification of the dangers was carried out every day, among the most representative are falls from heights, contusions, wounds and lumbagos. Therefore, Q3R Metallic Structures S.A. does not have any update of the SG-SST, which is why the Technical Implementation Guide for Mipymes of the Ministry of Labor and Decree 1072 of 2015 is taken as the main base and with these requirements the different procedures, activities, plans for the application are projected of the system which present alternative solutions to the problems encountered and also improve the efficiency and performance of employees in each of the tasks, obtaining as benefits: legal compliance, economic gains and avoiding illnesses and / or work accidents
