The Spin Coating process is a process by which the manufacture of photonic materials based on silicon spheres is made, this production of thin films represents a field with many applications, being necessary the excellent quality of the material obtained, this material is elaborated by the sol gel method. Several equipment such as ovens, magnetic stirrer, Spin Coater, are involved in the elaboration of said material.
In the development of the solution it is important to ensure the necessary physical variables that determine a material of good quality, therefore this project seeks to ensure these variables, through the development of a temperature control system, therefore by developing a magnetic stirrer it will be possible to manipulate or modify this variable, of pH and humidity monitoring, which will assure the quality of the material, integrating it with the arduino card that takes the signals from the sensors, executes the control and will make the acquisition and communication of data to be visualized through a graphical interface, this will allow the user to know in real time the magnitudes of each variable that intervenes in the process
