The purpose of this work is to develop a Marketing Plan for College Juvenilia, which lead to institution recognized for its quality of education and its successful methodology in the formation of students, through the development of his thought creative, managing to increase the number of parents who want their children to have access to this institution and thus achieve a better position on the market of the city of Santiago de Cali from the year 2018.
To answer the proposed objectives, beginning with a Diagnostics business where both the macro and the microenvironment are taken into account since they derive opportunities and threats Juvenilia will take advantage or avoid, this are built DOFA, MEFI and MEPE which matrices are they get thoroughly (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) external and internal factors. Continuing recognition of the competition, for which a comparative matrix is used, in this serving results as a basis to make necessary adjustments, and the improvement and school intervention plan.
With the information gathered, defines strategies, budget and schedule, and establish mechanisms for monitoring and control, for the fulfillment of the last marketing plan.Finally, set out the conclusions of the work in question and made the relevant recommendations
