Globalization has become a very important process at the current time, leading to
different economic activities like the impor/export of foods which has made very
significant for countries in general.This has developed operations and a stable
relationship between companies and international trade dealers. This tardehas
giving both small and médium size companies the capability to utilize international
trade as an instrument to expand there products on an international level.
Due to this new opportunity generated by the factors previously mentioned, the
company Pasabocas del Cauca which is a company that produces and distributes
carantanta which is a typical of the indigenous Cauca region, it’s self to bringing
this product into the international trade which was where this Project originated
with the purpose of designing a plan to market Carantanta internationally
