The growing global economic changes have significantly influenced the hiring models that are currently used by companies to solve their human resource requirements during periods of high production (spikes) or for the execution of unskilled mission tasks, which It allows to have more flexibility with respect to the personnel plant, benefiting its production costs. However, the use of temporary employees may go against global trends that tend to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses due to high turnover of employees and the lack of adequate training to guide temporary personnel in the identification and control of the risks associated with the work they perform and in general with the work environment. During the design stage of training methods related to the risk for temporary employees, factors such as: Perception of individuals in relation to risk, Identification, knowledge of the effect on health and control tools must be taken into account. The purpose of this research is to design and implement simple methodologies that serve to train temporary employees in the identification of the risks associated with their work as well as the control measures they can adopt to avoid occupational injuries or illnesses.
