Abstract

This project sought to characterize and describe the signs with nomenclature information in the urban area and its location in the perimeter of influence of Bulevar del Río in the city of Santiago de Cali and raised alternatives for improvement from the field of information design .

The investigation allowed to put in evidence the current state of the information, and the absence of a complete sequential and predictable system of urban nomenclature signals that can be used by people so that their trips are successful in an area of ​​great tourist interest that has 87 cultural milestones that are part of the history of the city
